Local product data
Scans, protection settings, allowlists, Guardian credentials, original Windows-state snapshots, and activity history remain on the computer by default. PINs and recovery codes are never logged. Lexyte does not collect screen captures, keystrokes, document contents, passwords, clipboard contents, browsing history, unrelated process history, or unrelated network destinations.
Purchase and activation data
The fulfillment service processes purchase email, merchant transaction and subscription references, plan ID, billing status, amount, license identifier, activation count, privacy-preserving device binding, limited computer label, fulfillment status, and revocation state. The Merchant of Record processes payment-card data; Lexyte does not store full card numbers.
Purpose and retention
Purchase and subscription records are retained for tax, fraud, refund, recovery, and license enforcement obligations. Active license and revocation records are retained for the applicable term and legal requirements. Failed email-delivery metadata is removed after operational and legal needs expire.
Sharing
Data is shared only with processors necessary for payment, email delivery, hosting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. It is not sold or used for behavioral advertising.
Choices and security
Customers can request access, correction, or deletion where law permits by contacting privacy@lexyte.example. Optional diagnostics are reviewed before sending. Transfers and processor safeguards are documented in production vendor agreements.
